Major Projects
Considering the potential growth of the company, Citigroup Property Investors and JP Morgan Chase have become equity partners in the BPTP group. Merrill Lynch has also partnered with BPTP at a project level. This is the reason why, various clients have exhibited great confidence in BPTP. The major project of the company in last six years have been the development of IT project in Gurgaon, and the four IT-SEZ Projects in Faridabad, Gurgaon, Noida and Greater Noida. Also, the residential projects like ‘The Resort’ in Faridabad, retail projects like Shop-in-park in Shalimar Bagh, Delhi have been the major achievements of the company. New Ventures
BPTP currently has about 66 residential, commercial and IT Parks & IT/ITES SEZ projects out of which 13 projects are on track in NCR and Hyderabad. BPTP Parklands, one of the largest integrated township projects in northern India being constructed in Faridabad is thought to be a milestone project for the company.
