ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has given a SRO rising
regulatory task by 15 to 50 per cent on 379 luxury items and also non-essential
goods and food items. The SRO is planning to be effective based on information
from today.
These items affix luxury cars (1800 CC and above), refrigerators,
air-conditioners, washing machines, televisions, LCDs, plasma, furniture,
ceramics, tiles, cooked food, fruits, vegetables, perfumes and shampoos.
