BAJAUR: Military jets pounded the militants’ hideouts in Tehsil Mamond here in Bajaur Agency, killing 5 people including 4 militants.

According to sources, the security forces with help of aircraft launched strikes in Umri area of Teshil Mamond twice, destroying completely two important positions of the militants.

The strikes killed 4 militants and a passerby while 8 others were injured. The injured have been shifted to district headquarter hospital Khar.
