Pakistan's ruling coalition on Sunday finalised the chargesheet against
President Pervez Musharraf, claimed Information Minister Sherry Rehman.
The ultimate sweet of the consultations of the draft committee was possessed on
Sunday at Rehman's places in Islamabad.
The draft of the chargesheet would be presented to the leaders of the ruling
coalition on Monday, she said.
The impeachment motion against President Musharraf may be tabled in the National
Assembly, the impact housing of Parliament afterward week, Rehman said.
Musharraf serves to resign according to Article 44 of the constitution, she
added.
Rehman did not reveal the number one points of the chargesheet.
Law Minister Farooq H. Naek and !no! employees of the draft committee got
considering the aspiration of finalising the chargesheet against the president,
Geo TV quoted resources as saying.
Around 20 allegations combined with gross misconduct and violation of the
constitution hold been heard levelled against the president in the chargesheet,
the projection said.
Musharraf's finishing supports undergo at this moment alleged overly he has
vowed to war his impeachment with all legal and constitutional means.
According to media reports, Musharraf is unlikely to use his powers to dissolve
the assemblies beneath report 58 (2b) of the constitution.
