I can say this Wind Nettop CD100jp is a desktop version of the MSI Wind netbook. The mini desktop is now available in Japan. The Wind Nettop CD100jp is powered by an Intel Atom 330 CPU at 1.60GHz with a 945GC Express + ICH7 chipset motherboard. 
Measuring at only 65mm x 240mm x 300mm, the MSI Wind Nettop CD100jp retails for 26000 Yen or around €200.
