1.Wash the rice and soak in heaps of water for regarding 11\2 hours.
2. Heat the oil in a heavy founded saucepan. Add the onion and garlic and cook
until recently soft.
3.Toss in the rice and cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the broth,
saffron, and parsley.
4. Cover and lessen the heat to low. Cook for 15-18 moments or until the liquid
is absorbed.
5. Fluff in on a fork before serving.
Serve surrounded by Raita.
