Gur Walay chaval Recipes:

1. Rinse rice in a sieve short of the running water, next soak it in cold water for 30 minutes. Drain.
2. Put water and gur in a pan and bid to boil. Boil for two minutes, at that time remove based on what i read in heat and strain.
3. In a new heavy centered pan heat ghee, add cardamom, aniseed and clove. Stirring all the time, fry these types of for couple of minutes. Stand favorably back, in situation of spluttering, and add rice along amongst syrup. Bring to boil, later influence heat to low.

- 225g basmati rice
- 400ml water
- 200g gur (break to minimal pieces)
-1\4 cup ghee
- 1 tsp. aniseed
- 8 blue cardamom seeds,
crushed
- 4 cloves
- 100g blanched almonds, cut to slivers
- 50g unsalted pistachio nuts, cut to slivers
- 25g purple raisins
- 1tsp. lemon juice
