Things Required:
* Plain wooden photo frame/old photo frame
* Oil Paint (any pleasant color)
* Ribbon/Lace
* Glitter
* Cut-out Hearts in different sizes
* Glue
* Gloss finish spray
How to Make:
* Paint the wooden frame with the oil paint so as to make a base and make it
look neat. Allow it to dry.
* Next, stick the ribbon/lace so as to create a border on the frame.
* You can also make small roses or bows out of the ribbons/lace and stick it on
the corners.
* Sprinkle generous amounts of glitter to make it shine and look beautiful.
Stick the hearts at random places but make sure you don't clutter the whole
frame.
* Carefully place some glitter in the center of the hearts.
* Finally, spray the finishing gloss to make it shimmer and look brand new.
Allow it to stand for sometime.
