Certainly, there must be something special about your dad. And those special
things and achievements of his, you have to keep in mind while making the memory
book for him. You can write about him and even use his photographs, which remind
him of his special moments. This is sure to be a great gift that your dad will
keep with him forever. Below we are giving few ideas/ tips to make a memory book
for your Dad on this Father's Day.
Written Memory Book
Material Required
* White or colored thick sheets
* Hole puncher
* Ribbon / String
* Color pen
Instructions
* Start by writing down some of the special things about your dad.
* When you have 4 to 6 good ideas, you can start making your book.
* Maybe your dad takes you on a vacation every year. You can draw a picture of
him on vacation.
* On another sheet of paper, you can write about the vacation and remember to
thank dad for taking you.
* On another page, write a story about one of his biggest achievement.
* Once you have the pages of the book ready to go, you should make a cover for
the book.
* Dads like to be called #1 Dad, so you can put that on the cover.
* Once the book is ready, you can either take it to a print shop to have it
bound or you can use a hole punch and string to bind it yourself.
Photo's Memory Book
Material Required
* White or colored thick sheets
* Hole puncher
* Ribbon / String
* Pair of scissors
* Color pen
* Ruler
* Photos of you and your daddy
Instructions
* Collect few photographs from your family album in which you and your dad are
together.
* You can take the photos from the time you were born till to date.
* After collecting all the photos, you can make a book.
* Decide the size of the book and cut out equal size pages from the colored
sheets. You can make each page from different colored sheet and stack them
together
* Then paste one photo on each sheet in the order. Paste the photo on the upper
half of the sheet so that there is space left to write below it.
* Let the sheets dry separately.
* When the sheets get dried with the help of color pens, write the date, place
and occasion when particular photograph was taken.
* Again stack the sheets together in order and punch two holes on each sheet.
* Tie the sheets together with the help of the ribbon.
* On the very first page, write "To Dad, Happy Father's Day" on the top and from
- your name on the bottom.
* Present this memory book to your father on this Father's day and enjoy the
smile on his face.
