Gin Cooler

Ingredients:

* 2 oz Dry Gin
* 2 oz Carbonated Water or Ginger Ale
* 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
* Crushed Ice
* Orange or Lemon Peel Spiral

Instructions

* Put powdered sugar and carbonated water in a glass. Stir it well.
* Add crushed ice to the glass.
* Now add gin to the glass.
* Top glass with carbonated water or ginger ale.
* Insert spiral of orange or lemon and dangle the end over rim of glass.
* Gin Cooler is ready to serve.
