Overweight or underweight?
Being the right weight has a positive impact on the well-being but also on our health, as being in the wrong weight can cause a range of medical problems.

Maintaining health as we age can be a challenge, so I follow a diet rich in nutrients that are increasingly important as we age.

Factors that affect the nutrition
There are many factors that affect the nutritional status in older adults, which can be broadly grouped into four main areas:
