You don't really need to take out time specially for carrying out leg toning
exercises. All that is required is to make the best utilization of the time that
we spend at our workplace, while driving and even while watching our favorite
serial on television. There are some fantastic stretching exercises for the leg
that will not only help in relaxing your tired legs, but also will do wonders in
enhancing their flexibility.
Here are a couple of exercises to tone legs, so check it out:
* To work your calf muscles, there is an easy to perform exercise, in which all
you are required to do is to lift your heels off the ground, hold for a few
seconds and then bring them back to their original position.
* In the same ways, you can raise your toes, while resting your heels on the
ground. Hold the position for a couple of seconds and then bring your toes back
to their original position.
* A great workout for your thighs is leg extension exercise. All you need to do
is to straighten your legs in the forward direction and then tighten your thigh
muscles and try to lift your legs. Hold the position for a few seconds and then
come back to your original position.
