Engineers and designers have worked hard for Porshe Carrera GT. The sports car

laminated wood gearshift knob and Five-piece travel set. Power-assisted

The car has double wishbones with pushrod actuated spring-and-damper units on

two-piece detachable hardtop in carbon fiber, Carbon-fiber chassis, Engine
carrier bolted to rear of monocoque, Frameless doors in carbon fiber with
integrated side-impact protection, Front/rear lids, rear side panels and sill

Engine
The car has 10 cylinders engine with maximum power of 605hp at 8000rpm. Maximum
torque is 435 lb ft at 5750 rpm.
Safety
A number of safety measures have been taken to make the car safe. Porsche
Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB) with 380-mm ceramic discs internally vented and
cross-drilled, six-piston monobloc aluminium fixed calipers take care of putting
brakes on front and rear wheels. Traction control is equipped with ABD and ASR
systems. Other measures incorporated are Driver and passenger airbags, Bi-xenon
lighting system, LED tail-light technology, Anti-theft protection system with
infrared interior surveillance and Electronic engine immobilizer.
